Leadership Opportunities

Leadership opportunities hold a special place in my aspirations as they embody my commitment to growth, learning, and making a positive impact. Being in leadership roles provides a platform for me to contribute actively, inspire others, and foster a collaborative environment. These experiences not only sharpen my skills but also fuel my passion for guiding and influencing positive change. Through leadership, I aim to leverage my strengths, embrace challenges, and create a lasting impact on the communities and projects I am involved in.

Kugelman Honors Mentor

August 2023-Present

As a peer mentor for incoming freshmen, I leveraged the power of the arts to establish meaningful connections with my mentees. Recognizing the importance of effective communication in the transitional phase, I incorporated various artistic mediums, such as visual arts and writing, to engage and connect with my mentees.  This unique approach made the mentoring relationship more personal and enjoyable. It provided a platform for self-discovery and expression, empowering freshmen to explore their voices and perspectives within the college community.
